Currently I have a nagging and debilitating gum ache which has been

They are four in number.
They have smaller      mesio-distal dimention than any of the other
teeth.

I've heard many rumors and stories about a method from the far east
that can replace missing tooth, that is that instead of filling one's
mouth w/ different composites the cavity would be filled with a
