I got a plastic see thru retainer after braces were removed. Is this the same thing as an invisalign? Even though I wear this, my teeth still shifted somewhat (I feel "collision" in my bite that was not present earlier)

10 days ago i went to a dentist for a problem with my wisdom tooth, givin me pain periodically to all the arc. It is evident taht the 8th moved the occlusion and was also giving me some problems and had to be removed.

I had a couple fillings about 3 - 4 months ago. The next day, my tongue was still numb and everything tasted exceptionally salty. Now, tastes seem to be fine -- that or I'm just used to the different taste. My tongue still feels numb though. It's not completely numb to the point
