Most dentists in Singapore seem to depend on an external lab to do their crowns and so far from my experience, the colour-matching is at best slightly off if not far worse. What is the best way of ensuring a 100% colour match? Does getting a dentist

How soon after a root canal should I get a crown done? The dentist who is doing my rct says he wants to use composite to fill up the hole first and then do a crown later. What do you all think?

Two and half years ago, I had a silver inlay fall out of my lower right next to all the way back molar and I was not able to retrieve what fell out. I went to the dentist and asked for a crown (I have had good luck with my crowns, they stay in!). But he did not want to grind away ...

Better to have your tooth/teeth pulled than have amalgam placed in them. Amalgam - mercury amalgam - is massively neurotoxic, it is responsible for many thousands of cases of mental illness (mad hatter disease). It will also damage just about any organ it comes into contact with.

In Sept 05 I attended my current dentist to have root canal on one of my teeth. He also put a crown on it after a subsequent visit. X-rays were performed at the time.From this he identified 8 fillings that needed to be looked at.

No I'm not seriously thinking of ever using it, but considering how many times my crowns have come loose and had to be recemented - just wondering if plain old super glue would actually work pretty good. Anybody ever hear of a dope who tried it? thanks
