the core part anyway, i guess the rest would be built up on top to give

My dentist specializes in cosmetic dentistry and has an office in
downtown San Francisco.
On occassion I'll have her do a root canal and install a crown. I think
of her prices as expensive.

Is the 1800 dentist screening process very rigorous?
The web site says it is but doesn't have any details on what a dentist
has to do to qualify.
Also, it doesn't say whether the screening process varies by locale.
