I had my wisdom teeth removed about 5 weeks ago and the left-hand side
of my bottom lip is still numb.  I've been in steady contact with my
oral surgeon, etc., but I was just wondering if anybody else has
experienced this and when I can expect for the feeling to return.  If

were removed...is this just because of muscle tension around my jaw?

I do brushing in about two minutes.  Basically brush the paste to each
tooth, back and front and top.  Then right way rinse it out.  So the
paste is on the teeth for maybe just one minute.  Is that effective?
Should I keep paste on teeth maybe one or two minutes longer?
