Are they the same? I know that an AED, an external defibrillator is the thing with th paddles and the STAND CLEAR warning. But are these defibrillator pacemakers?

I have some pain in my jaw...not sure if it's my TMJ or a wisdom tooth. (I'm 20). If it's a wisdom tooth, is there anything I can do for the pain besides the Tylenol I'm taking? I'm seeing my dentist Friday. I had similar pain on the other side about a month ago...it only last 2-3

1.- Put so much composite, the fillings are so high that you have to spend minutes grinding them down to may be acceptable levels ? 2.- Let your dental hygenist go at the patient's teeth, unsupervised ? 3.- Leave your patient without suction while horyzontal ?
