I was having toothaches for a month, and I went to this older guy dentist in

My wife had recently a root canal done. It required a crown to be
drilled and it was mentioned filling the crown was possible, unless it
was damaged. The root canal was done by the specialist. Our dentist
wants to put a new crown on; without having seen the result of the root

Usefulness of Vizilite?09 Jun 2005 05:15 GMT8
As I've pretty much come to expect from my DMO office, the latest "add on"
they offered during an annual exam was Vizilite oral cancer screening for
$65 (not covered of course). Anyone have any feelings about the usefulness
of this? What I was told is that if a cancer develops to ...

A couple of years back, my DMO dentist did a composite filling on the

35% Carbamide Peroxide Whitening. Is it safe?08 Jun 2005 17:44 GMT6
I have just bought some 35% Carbamide Peroxide Whitening agent from
ebay. I was wondering if this is generally safe to use? I have read no
bad reports, after a quick web search, although I have read that people
with sensitive teeth may suffer some irritation.
