Tonight my crown fell off my dental implant. The screw is still in my gum line and the crown looks ok. This one of my front teetn. Is this common? Should I be worried about having to have my implant redone? I'm off to the dentist tomorrow but was wondering what to expect.

We are in the process of selecting a dental software for our office (with 4 opertories) and we have come down to two companies: Eaglesoft and Softdent. Please let us know if you have any experience with either of these two.

My wife had recently a root canal done. It required a crown to be drilled and it was mentioned filling the crown was possible, unless it was damaged. The root canal was done by the specialist. Our dentist wants to put a new crown on; without having seen the result of the root
