Maybe you would like to start a thread on this topic which you've

how accurate are dental shade guides used by dentists?16 Jun 2005 00:31 GMT6
The reason why I ask is because I just got a cleaning done yesterday,
in which I explained my concerns about my teeth needing to be whitened,
the dentist brought out the shade guide and said I was a B2. Is this
any good? I see a lot of people these days in public with movie star

Proflex Dentures15 Jun 2005 11:21 GMT35
I invented the Proflex Denture System, and have been developing it, with
the help of dental Resources, for many years.
I have developed a new base strengthner that will be out soon.  The base is
clear.
Is there such a thing as a male dental hygenist?14 Jun 2005 18:12 GMT12
Seriously, I guess if a dentist decided to hire males as dental
hygenists, customers wouldn't like that too much...right?
Dental implant14 Jun 2005 18:03 GMT4
Last friday I received a dental implant. The implant was 13mm. I was
born with a missing lateral incissor in the upper jaw, and one year ago
I got braces on to move the teeth in order to make space for the
placement of an implant. For the first days after surgery I took
My worst experience at the dentist14 Jun 2005 16:10 GMT38
One of my least pleasant experiences with a dentist was when I was
sitting in the chair listening to the dentist tell his assistant
about his trip to Hawaii, while he was doing a procedure to relieve
the pain in my mouth from the last procedure that caused a pressure

Canadian DDS looking for new software14 Jun 2005 03:10 GMT2
Currently I use Gold Dental Management based out of Edmonton... I believe
(it came with practice I purchased).  I find we always have problems or
glitches with it.  It is not as modern as many of the options out there.
I'm also not sure what I get for my $140/month from them.
