What's more painful...migraine or wisdom teeth removed?23 May 2005 07:37 GMT3
Can someone give me a relative comparison between the pain of a
migraine and wisdom teeth removal?  Compare it even to having one, two
or three wisdom teeth removed.
Is it better to have all removed...meaning "pain wise"/"recovery time"
Natural Tooth Crowns?23 May 2005 07:02 GMT3
Hello, I have a question.
If someone kept their wisdom teeth after extraction, and they need a crown
on one of their remaining molars, would it be possible to fashion a crown
using the enamel of a wisdom tooth as the source material?
I think I'm addicted to narcotics...what should I do?22 May 2005 19:03 GMT11
I'm concerned that I might be addicted to narcotics.  I mentioned
in another post that I take, on average, sixty "vicodin 10"'s a year.
I've tried to start a dialogue with my gp and she just shrugged it off.
Sometimes I find myself in only modest pain, but wanting to reach for
Softdent and label printing22 May 2005 15:21 GMT1
I am using Softdent ver7.7 - yes it is very old but it was doing
everything I wanted a software program to do very well.  This week I
upgraded my hardware from an old 486 running win98 to a Pentium 4
running winXP Pro.  To my surprise (and glee) Softdent 7.7 works very

Admission to Dental School22 May 2005 01:10 GMT6
I always have passion in dental anatomy.  Thus, I'm seeking an
opportunity to becoming a dentist.  I have earned BS of Computere
Science and MS of Telecommunication.  However, my undergraduate GPA is
horrible - 2.4, but my graduate GPA is about 3.6. When I was in school
Comparative costs for dentistry, Canada vs. US.21 May 2005 22:03 GMT3
Just curious whether anyone here might have any idea about how costs
compare between Canada and the U.S. for restorative dental procedures,
e.g.  crowns, fixed bridges and implants.
Thanks for any information,

Until we meet again21 May 2005 03:17 GMT11
Have to get my bags packed and ready to hit the road tomorrow morning.
I'll be on grandma-duty for a couple weeks.  Then, who knows?  I might
take a few days R&R with no one to answer to except Me!  .... anyway,
keep well and enjoy your lives.

Was this the date?  Close enough for me - the compact to quit responding
directly to the biddy.  This deal with Joel is absolute BS.  Usenet is what
it is.  Both abused it however we all know which one was worse.  We have
posters that are more savvy than I am for addressing this ...

I sit on the advisory board for CE at the local university, and we are
trying to plan next years CE courses.
Thought I would ask,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,     what speakers have the regulars
here heard in the past few years whom they would whole heartedly recommend?

eBay item 7516975964 DON'T BID20 May 2005 01:40 GMT2
Howdy. This is shitty buisness practice: the Laser is an orphan (no
longer made and no parts supply). Don't bid on it unless you are rich.
emailed DeadBeat (er.... Deborah) last nite,  Phoned Biolase today,  and
got this back from DeadBeat and shot back the last part:
OT: well, it's not something I see every day20 May 2005 00:02 GMT25
Driving to work, in the middle of Ocean Ave. bet. Ave J and K, I saw a
dead opossum.
A couple of weeks ago, a neighbor trapped a raccoon on her roof.
Brooklyn--it's a jungle out there!
