My periodontist told me that I have a tooth whereby root resobtion is
taking place. He indicated that while this condition has been
progressing for some time it seems recently to have gotten worse. My
questions to this group is;

Are there any tooth brushes made specifically for wisdom teeth? I find a
conventional tooth brush difficult to manuever back there.

Eleven days ago I had 5 implants and 2 bone grafts.  The implants don't
hurt but the bone grafts do.  Also I have swelling.  I am now on a
third round of antibiotics.  Is this something that sometimes happens?
Is there anyone out there who has experience with this?  Help.
