Wisdom Tooth Extraction10 Feb 2005 16:27 GMT2
I'm 31 and am about to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted.  2 on the
top are fully out and 2 on the bottom are impacted.  Can someone with the
same experience tell me what to expect (pain, recovery, etc.)?

Difficult stage of orthodontic treatment: rubber bands10 Feb 2005 04:13 GMT1
My son is at the "second" stage of his orthodontic treatment, and the
other day the orthodontist showed him how to put rubber bands on his
teeth and braces, which he is supposed to change three or four times
per day.
Need advice on orthodontics10 Feb 2005 04:07 GMT2
I am 35 and just now getting braces. My upper arch is very crowded and
crooked, but my lower arch is fine for the most part. I asked my
orthodontist if we could just correct the upper and he said yes.
However, the more I research this, the more skeptical I'm becoming.
Translucent enamel after tooth bleaching?10 Feb 2005 01:08 GMT3
I'm wondering if anyone has had problems with their teeth turning

mainly the top front teeth. They are basically marbled with a combination of
transulcent and white. If I stick my toungue to the back of ...

Waterpiks and associated equipment09 Feb 2005 08:36 GMT2
After my last visit and his extraction of food from between my teeth,
my dentist suggested that I acquire a Water-pik and use it. Always a
sucker for new gadgets I did what he suggested and based on the crap
that appeared in the sink after use I'm pleased to report that it does
