Re: Government extorting money from dentists19 Jan 2005 18:20 GMT1
I'm not going to comment on this much until I get some more facts.
Either it is the dentists rebelling to the necessary guidelines, or it could be
harassment. As a former owner and director of daycare centers, there are indeed
inspectors wo are way out of line and will harass. If ...

Vaughn, you on high speed or dial up? I wanted to send you something that you
might not appreciate getting on dial up.

Repeat RCT19 Jan 2005 00:00 GMT3
I posted here a while back about having an RCT after an inlay and
previous filling failed.  I had the RCT just before Christmas.  As one
of  the 3 roots bled, filling was postponed for 72hrs and then a
composite used to plug the tiny access after root filling, (rather

I've been trying to figure out the way to make extra money in the
internet, checking news groups and ads.  It's not easy but I try to
keep an open mind to opportunities.  In these websites you would find
Fixed Bridge - RCT18 Jan 2005 23:00 GMT4
I have a fixed bridge accross the top front bicuspid to bicuspid cemented to
posts. An abcess has developed in in the root on the left side and the
bridge on this side has loosened. The dentist has not been able to loosen
the right side so as to remove the bridge to do the root ...

If anyone can answer, I would very much like to know.
Oral-B ProfessionalCare 8000 or Oral-B Sonic Complete18 Jan 2005 18:48 GMT2
Which electronic toothbrush is better?
So far I'm leaning towards the ProfessionalCare 8000 which oscillates
and pulsates.
I wonder about its effectiveness compared to the fluid dynamics from
Question re implants18 Jan 2005 13:04 GMT1
I am going to have 2 x 2 implants in my upper right and left. There is not
enough bone left and I need a sinus lift on each side.
I am getting conflicting information: Can the sinus lifts be done at the
same time the implants are inserted, or do I have to wait 6 months until the

An honest opinion?17 Jan 2005 16:45 GMT7
I am 75 years old and have a few problems with my teeth:
I have lost all of my molars over the years due to poor hygiene when I was
young. I have lost my bicuspids because my old dentist put in cantilever
bridges. When they gave out, the healthy teeth broke off, too.
Anyone Observing the Holiday?17 Jan 2005 14:26 GMT2
Today is a legal holiday in the good 'ole US of A, but it is hard to tell.
Just a bit ago I waved bye to my wife who is off to the dental lab for a normal
workday.  It seem that all her dentists are open, so the lab is open also.
Naturally, I was waving "bye" because I have ...
Lines on tip of tongue16 Jan 2005 23:26 GMT7
I posted about this a looong time ago but I wanted to post again.
Ever since I had an antibiotic reaction (tongue turned white in the middle,
spitting up white stuff) several years ago my tongue has never been the
same. Granted, it's not nearly as bad as it was then, but it ...
