Act Rinse vs. Tom's of Maine24 Jan 2005 13:33 GMT15
I'm looking for a mouthwash that doesn't have any alcohol in it because it
leads to canker sores in my mouth.
Tom's of Maine (spearmint flavored) and Act (cinnamon and mint) are the only
non-alcoholic versions available at my drugstore.

Implants or partials, or both?23 Jan 2005 19:27 GMT5
I am 75 years old, have run out of teeth. I am trying to restore reasonable
chewing capability.
Implants (expensive) seem to involve sinus lifts (expensive). Also, partials
are hard to anchor on top.

Extraction or repair?23 Jan 2005 12:03 GMT8
I have two wisdom teeth that have fairly large cavities in them.  My
Dentist said he can drill and fill or extract.  Both covered by
insurance.  What would you recommend for your patients?  Thanx in
advance.
Re: What's the medical term for this type of abnormal teeth? 23 Jan 2005 10:15 GMT2
The original post went missing from my server. I can't reply, so I reposted in a
new thread.
This sounds like Dens evaginatus not to be confused with Dens invaginatus (Dens
in dente).
What's the medical term for this type of abnormal teeth?23 Jan 2005 08:09 GMT8
After moving to Canada, I have great difficulties convincing the
Canadian dentists of my problem. Maybe I need an appropriate medical
term. Can somebody help?
I have 2 molars and 2 pre-molars that are genetically abnormal. The

Need information about hyperbaric treatment to prevent osteoradionecrosis 23 Jan 2005 01:46 GMT5
My brother had radiation therapy for a tongue cancer.  He is now faced
