Fluoride and limiting children's water intake21 Dec 2004 02:15 GMT13
I would think that maybe our newsgroup has a few people who would be
willing to develop (together) a letter that would be of a quality
appropriate to be sent to the Editors of newspapers across the county.
I don't think that the general public gives fluoride much of a thought
ADA Organized Dentistry21 Dec 2004 02:05 GMT2
Corruption wins again.
Mark nwho cares NOT about suffering epople, rather is all about EGO.
We are very pleased with the outcome of this matter. It represents one more
significant victory on behalf of organized dentistry," says Peter Sfikas, ADA

Drug seekers20 Dec 2004 20:08 GMT3
Had a patient that I'd seen once for a TA and prescribed Vicodin and
clindamycin (about a week ago). This morning they came into the office and
handed the front desk an envelope for me and then sat down in the waiting
area. In the envelope was a note to me that explained that the ...

Now if Mark Tarka is really KERI, I am impressed. He traveled all the

What should an educated patient (with a dental mirror)  look for after
a new crown is finished. What's normal. What should not happen?
What are some obvious signs of poor or great work.
What are some questions to ask before the work is done and possibly
Cleaning behind bridge20 Dec 2004 17:40 GMT3
I recently gained a small bridge at the top front (center tooth of the three
had to be extracted). My dentist is Dutch and his English is as good as my
Dutch (eg poor) otherwise I'd go back and ask him. He did a good job and the
bridge looks great. When he was finishing up the job ...
Were we duped by Keri?20 Dec 2004 15:47 GMT6
IMO, Keri did not play a practical joke on our group.  We are not to be
looked upon as poor sports because we can't take a joke.
I say she duped our group.  She took advantage of the time and energy of
many people and selfishly, she did not take this into consideration.

Red lump/patch on roof of mouth20 Dec 2004 15:11 GMT5
Off the bat, here's my info:
Male, 23 years old, I don't smoke, drink alcohol, or take any drugs, and I
brush and floss twice a day with Biotene toothpaste and Biotene mouthwash.
Okay, a few months ago I noticed this lump/patch because it was irritated.

Hello again,
Can someone tell me how many milligrams of fluoride per day a child
would need to ingest, to cause fluorosis in a child's permanent teeth?
I did some calculations and my 33 month old daughter has been
