Someone asks,
Why does Howard allow retired Day Care Workers to post here?
That too is a lie. I OWNED and DIRECTED two daycare centers for thirty
eight years.
Antibiotics30 Nov 2004 16:49 GMT6
A dentist told me today that a certain antibiotic taken when you are age 7
or 8 can cause mottled teeth. He did tell me the name of it but I promptly
forgot.
Is this true? Still true? or has that antibiotic been phased out years ago?

Manic, full moon and full denture30 Nov 2004 13:00 GMT30
Wish my digital camera was working last night (dead batteries). I had an
walk in emergency repair at the end of the day. With company coming for
dinner in about an hour. You probably won't believe me. It was one of those
priceless shots you occasionally see in the seminars of DIY ...
WORRIED: Severe tooth pain after getting crown30 Nov 2004 12:57 GMT17
A week ago I chipped my tooth on some hard candy.  I went into the
dentist a few days later and they told me I needed a crown.  They had
some high-tech stuff that made the crown right then, and they drilled
out my old filling, and had it on within a few hours.

Gums receding on back of lower front teeth.30 Nov 2004 01:52 GMT3
About 1mm. Not sure why. They are not receding elsehwere. Dentists
don't usually say anything. A student mentioned it once. Should
anything be done?
RCT on 5 and fuse it to 4 because 4 is broken?30 Nov 2004 01:49 GMT5
Would this make sense?
Crown goes on 4 because it's cracked; about a 1/3 of it is left mostly
on buccal.
5 is vital and not decayed, has a filling, somewhat discolored.

Hi, guys... I haven't been around here for a while, but I have a favor to ask
