Is root scaling and planning an easy or difficult procedure? Because I
would need one but I'm in an area where I don't know any good dentist.
I'm not so much worried by the cost of the procedure itself which I can
even afford to waste, but I would like to know if it's possible ...

Would clove oil be effective at reducing pain/sensitivity
of teeth that have been freshly bleached.
What about Sensitive Toothpaste for reducing sensitivity
after bleaching treatments.

I read on the websites that the recommended movement for flossing is up
and down. This seems strange to me because it's likely to take debris
from the middle of the tooth and push them partly to the end of the
tooth and partly... into the gum!?

Hey gang,
Have any on you heard about these endo matrix cones that are placed
into the canals, then a composite buildup is done, the cones are
trimmed and removed leaving an access path into the canals.
