Husband's Bridge14 Jun 2004 16:39 GMT26
My husband was the one who neglected his teeth for years and then got into a
big mess with them.  He felt that the assistant who first did the impressions
for the bridge didn't get it right and I don't know why he thought that.  But,
today, the bridge (one of those three-toothers) ...
practice management software recommendation14 Jun 2004 16:03 GMT8
I am helping a dentist friend of mine computerize his clinic. I have asked
for demo CDs from several major software companies, like Dentrix, SoftDent,
EagleSoft... I am quite confused about which one best fits his needs. Here
is his situation.

Looking for advice:
Went to a periodonist and was told I have deep pockets - many 7 plus
as well as bone loss in many teeth. I'm not sure of the bone loss

Who owns an extracted crown?14 Jun 2004 13:35 GMT136
An acquaintance of my husband's recently had to have a gold-crowned
tooth extracted, and was surprised, when he asked to have the
tooth/crown, to be told that they weren't allowed to give it to him.
I guess he didn't press further as to why, but my guess was that

ROOT CANAL CAUSED BY FILLING: DENTIST AT FAULT?14 Jun 2004 00:12 GMT20
For the second time since I have been with my current dentist (about 2
years), a filling in one of my teeth has led to the need for root
canal treatment in that tooth. I am wondering whether my dentist could
be in any way at "fault" for doing a less than optimal job giving the
bleached teeth + composite cavities at gumline + crown replacement questions14 Jun 2004 00:12 GMT3
Briefly, I had many cavities along the gum line on both back and front
teeth (very similar to the descriptions listed in the "Mountain Dew
Mouth" thread and ironically enough, I was a heavy 2 liter bottle a
day Mt.Dew drinker). Prior to getting the cavities taken care of, I
Wisdom teeth= dizziness & ear fullness?13 Jun 2004 21:10 GMT2
Hi everyone,
I am wondering if it is possible for wisdom teeth to cause sinus
trouble/dizziness, because I am at a loss. I have found some things on
the Internet that indicate this might be the case, but I am not sure.

Impacted Wisdom Tooth & TMD13 Jun 2004 14:45 GMT5
I have an impacted wisdom tooth that my dentist wants to remove.  I
had been diagnosed with TMJD a couple of years ago and although I'm
better, I don't want the old symptoms to come back again.  Any
suggestions?  My current dentist told me that the impacted wisdom
