Dental Pain On Bite12 Mar 2004 18:40 GMT2
It has been around 5 weeks since I got my brace on.  The brace is doing a
good job to move my front teeth to close the gap (my 1 mm gap is almost
gone).  However, I feel pain when I bite with my teeth 11,12, 21 and 22 now.
If I don't use them, I don't even feel a thing.  Is this ...

Wisdom Tooth Question12 Mar 2004 13:33 GMT5
I have a question regarding wisdom tooth removal. Ever since I went ot
get my braces at the tender age of 12, I've had 4 dentists, 3
orthodontists, and 2 oral surgeons tell me that I "absolutely" needed
my wisdom teeth removed (I moved quite a lot). Now I'm going on 18 and

Thanks to Dr.Eichen for his counsel re. implants....
With his information, I was able to make an intelligent
decision about the chances of saving my tooth.  I paid
$82 on a gamble and saw another endodontist and he
dyclonine12 Mar 2004 11:12 GMT1
Some dentists have recently posted notices looking for dyclonine.  It
may be available from your local compounding pharmacy.  Be sure to
inquire about flavor choices when you talk to one of us.  By the way,
we are making it without the chlorobutanol (chloroform-based)

I am currently in Venice Italy and would very much appreciate any

left tooth) that had an apparent inflamation/infection in the root.  A

fillings fell out11 Mar 2004 21:08 GMT3
3 out of 6 fillings the dentist had put in my front teeth fell out in
two years.
I have lost the job and insurance since then and can't afford to redo
them.
Problem following filling in molar11 Mar 2004 15:12 GMT1
Having read through previous posting in this newsgroup, I'm a bit confused
with the problem I'm now experiencing.  Basically I had some
bleeding/infection from/in a wisdom tooth a month ago and following a
check-up I required a filling in the lower part of a molar (3weeks ago).

To root canal or not to root canal; bad dentist?11 Mar 2004 13:47 GMT33
Heya... I have a question.  Normally I just take the dentist's
advice without much question, but this one has be scratching my head.
It all started about a year ago.  The dentist found a cavity in #14.
Nothing special in the Xrays, so he set up an appointment to fill it

What to read?10 Mar 2004 18:17 GMT22
Howdy to all.
I'm a general dentist and always will be. This question goes out to all
of you who like to stay abreast of new developments WITHOUT having to
jump on what I'll call "hype or bandwagon treatments". I've noticed that
John Ashcroft's Gall Bladder.10 Mar 2004 16:19 GMT6
Just wondering why a gall bladder/liver flush
was not the recommended treatment ?
The news reports that he had gall stones,
and the doctors removed his gallbladder.
