I really need some sort of help. I keep clenching my teeth and I try to stop it and it doesn't work. If anything it just makes it worse. Most of the time I'm not even aware of it until I get a killer earache in my left ear as that's the side where my teeth most often hit at.

Is it possible/would i get better/any results from just rubbing some of the carbomide peroxide gel onto the front of my teeth/the stains, rather than using the moulds supplied with the kit. I ask as using the mould worked some but left 1 or 2 whiter stripes

I got an occlusal splint about 2 weeks ago to wear at night to stop grinding. After a few days I found that I can no longer chew on the right hand side of my mouth. The bottom teeth on that side hurt so much (only) when I try to chew. It seems to be the lower right incisor
