What is cardiac work, and how is it clinically useful? I know it's SV*
(MAP-PCWP)*HR*.0136, and it's in gm-M/min, and it integrates volume,
pressure, and time. Why would you need to calculate it? Is it, plus
SvO2, one of the most important CV values?

I am having cold finger tips and sometimes also my feet. Now a couple of
weeks ago, my doctor told me, that after I had a full blood test done, that
all the results were fine, except my hemoglobin. It was to low, the reading
was Hb 132 and RBC 4.14. He was concerned about it and ...

Look's like another prediction from our resident flu "expert" missed the
boat again.  Why did not he see this coming?  Can it be because he has
no special prediction skills except those from self imagination and
which are most often wrong?
