I'm not trained in cardiology, or even medicine for that matter.

“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Running contributes to a high calcium score?14 Oct 2008 00:14 GMT3
One thing I have been seeing recently are many articles that insinuate
somehow that running for exercise, especially long distance marathon
type running, contributes to atherotic hardened plaque in the coronary
arteries.  I have enclosed a link a recent article that I just

Doing the above, makes us healthier (hungrier) than ever.
A little exercise goes a long way for severely obese11 Oct 2008 01:03 GMT7
Consistent with previous studies, exercise even without significant
weight loss has great benefit.  It can reduce vat and fatty liver
without change in weight status.
