Think Chung .... lose hunger ... eat less ... lose weight.
Do not weigh your food or count calories or exercise, just look think
of Chung before each time you want to eat.

Im a 33 year old male thats had high chloresterol for about 10 years now. I
dont smoke and have normal blood pressure.  My general averaged out readings

HDL 35
