Some cardio help please (longish post).22 Jan 2007 22:36 GMT5
I am 33 Male and have labile blood pressure (detected in early 20's)
which can range from 120/70 - 150/101, the doctors are reluctant to put
me on meds because of my age and have suggested perhaps losing some
weight and taking more excercise plus paying attention to diet.

I was wondering if any of you folks have also said enough.  This after
CABG and cardio drugs that hurt me. No need to name particulars, I'm
just interested in sentiment.  I lost 22%  and I miss it!!
Personally my BP is high but the muscle loss just won¹t come back.

IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARKINSON'S.  Yes, I know the study has to be
Good home Cholesterol Measurement kits ?20 Jan 2007 03:35 GMT1
