In reading through this group for a couple of days, it seems as though
you are the resident cardiologist here. I posted a question recently,

My mother is a 68 y/o WF with chronic AF.  She had it under control for 10
years using Pacerone until a biopsy of her liver showed sclerosis.  Then she
was put on Betapace and Cardizem which are both maxed out and she is still
having AF.  She was recently hospitalized for stent ...

I had 2 ECG graphs done in the past two years and they both show a
slight deviation.   I asked my doctor about the graph.  He said there
is a slight irregularity but, it maybe normal for me, but he does not

Before I knew I had heart disease I gave platelets at the blood bank for
awhile. I gave a pint of blood quite often but was told by the blood bank
they needed platelets much, much more. So I started giving. How does giving
platelets affect your heart? Or does it?
