| tUMMY tUCK and daily 2lb-omer | 30 Oct 2006 20:04 GMT | 6 |
Could having a tummy tuck rid one of VAT? I'm on the 1kg-omer, which is the 2lb-omer, so I use about 800g a day. It's working great and I've lost 8 lbs so far, and I've lost lots from my waistline and can now wear a belt, giving myself an hour-glass figure ;-)

| Delaying taking Ziac before exercise | 27 Oct 2006 08:12 GMT | 1 |
I'm 51, male, and was diagnosed a few years ago with HBP. I take Ziac, which also slows down the heart. I do the elliptical trainer and recumbent bike 3x a week. I've noticed that if I don't take the Ziac before I work out, I get in the target heart range faster, and

I'm male, 52. I exercise 2-3 times a week, and have done so for the past 6 or more years. Due to a couple of recent blood tests that showed bad numbers, the doctor put me on Crestor. 3 months later, I had blood tests again. He was astounded and pleased as to how good
