I've lost 8 lbs so far, and I've lost lots from my waistline and can
now wear a belt, giving myself an hour-glass figure ;-)

A few months ago I had problems with pain in my legs and the doctor  thought

When I came in for the results, he told me that all  was fine. I asked for a
copy of the report and I  was told that the nurse ...

Delaying taking Ziac before exercise27 Oct 2006 08:12 GMT1
I'm 51, male, and was diagnosed a few years ago with HBP.  I take

and recumbent bike 3x a week.  I've noticed that if I don't take the
Ziac before I work out, I get in the target heart range faster, and

Crestor forever?25 Oct 2006 12:39 GMT1
I'm male, 52. I exercise 2-3 times a week, and have done so for the
past 6 or more years.  Due to a couple of recent blood tests that
showed bad numbers, the doctor put me on Crestor.  3 months later, I
had blood tests again.  He was astounded and pleased as to how good

I would like to experience a migraine aura as long as there is nothing
but the aura and the aura is only temporary [approximately 15 minutes
