I'm curious about this topic.  I have read some of the postings here
about it but have many questions that linger.  What biology is involved

I have intermittent afib and am under warfarin. So far have been
controlling PT only, with INR target from 2,0 to 3,0.
Now I hear another (remote) GP suggesting to control aPTT as well.
