I find differences in opinion as to the best or the most beneficial oils to use in the daily diet. I'm curious as to the mechanics of the various type oils, such as olive, flax seed, avocado oils..etc. Does anyone know the chemical synthesis of those oils in the blood stream

Is it safe to chop a pill in half (Ranitidine 150mg to make 75mg) to make a half dose - or am I compromising the pills effectiveness in any way please? Many thanks, SD
