Lipitor initially reduced my cholesterol levels. I changed my diet and am excercising . I dropped 30 pounds. How and when do I know when I can stop taking this drug?

I might be being dense but the manual does not make it very clear to me, particularly in terms of where the pipe should be relative to the arm. should it exit over the brachial artery? Is the pipe exit an indication of the centre of the bladder?

I was told my ekg showed my two top chambers of my heart were enlarged I need to follow with en echocardiagram I am 42 years old female with some heart disease of family members but so far I thimnk Im ok. But what does this mean if anyone knows? Thank you.
