i went in for a treadmill stress test and before i even got on the treadmill
the NP noticed a small, .5 mm ST depression. i went in for the stress test
because of  premature atrial contractions which really bother me. i am a 53

I noticed a few weeks ago that I was experiencing some chest pain when I got
going a little bit on the tread mill - not too high, 3.2 mph or so - and then
it diminished when I backed off.

We often read about people just falling down dead with a heart attack,
and my father went that way - just fell down dead on the bowling green.
Although I have a had a couple of (I presume mild) heart attacks, there
was never a falling down or such - just pain.

Is anyone taking both Tricor and Crestor?  Any issues?
I've had a problem with very high triglycerides.  I'm 33 years old,
6'1", 178 lbs, don't smoke, don't drink, eat well, probably should get
more excercise.  My tri's without meds are 600-900.  Total cholesterol
