I have an arrhythmia in 1996 I was admitted to U of M hospital with A
Fibrillation, I was told that it may never happen again and was discharged
without any medication.
I was told the arrhythmia I had was not life threatening.

I recently had a liver function  and cholesterol test to monitor the
amiodarone which apparently can cause damage to the  liver. the cholesterol
test was fine but the liver function test showed some damage apparently
caused buy the lipitor,the GP was not concerned about this  but ...
