I've recently been diagnosed with having high cholesterol levels(LDL),
but as I am only 27 years old, would like to know your opinions on
whether or not I should take medication for it.  A breakdown of my
levels shows:

A recent CAT scan  followup for an aortic aneurism first found several years
ago is now 3.3 cm diameter.
