hearings, FDA investigations, and Harvard Medical School reports, what is so
special about FDA approved NIACIN, over another PILL, that makes the same
claims, and is manufactured by a reputable manufacturer?

My GP took me off Atenolol and put me on 25mg of Hydrochlorot 2 days
ago. My pulse rate has skyrocketed from around 70 to the 130's!!! Is
this just my body adjusting to the change in meds or is something
going wrong here??

I was told today that there has been some evidence that drinking a
certain amount of coffee each day increases the chance of arteries
becoming inflammed. Has anyone else heard about this?
How much coffee is considered a risk?

Heart disease is hereditary. That is generally accepted.
However......
High cholsterlol, weight, smoking, lack of excercise etc have nothing to do
with increasing the risk.
