I have sane doctors that are not trying to kill me with poisonous substances or torture me with unspeakable procedures. In fact they seem to care about my well-being !! And, without two or three of the medications I take, I would probably not be here or be bed-ridden at the least.

My cardiologist put me on a whole array of medications including Plavix after an angioplasty and stint insertion. They included blood pressure meds, high cholesteral meds, asprin and Plavix. I told him after my first follow up that I didn't want to be on the medications

Hello alltogether, I take some (30mg) Nadolol for Hypertension. Nadolol seems to be very effective. There is a calming effect on mood, some tiredness and i am yawning

My cousin's doctor has put him on 10mg of Crestor. I am saying its not smart to do that in light of the negative discussion going on about that statin. Even the FDA has Crestor under scrutiny. Therefore, I wonder why the doctor is pushing Crestor unless he's being influenced by the ...

In two years, I haave dropped 55-60 pounds. Still my heart function has not improved. I have a BMI of 31. Just how obese is that? I'm 6-5 and 266 pounds - about what I weighed in high school. Is it realistic to lose more. And if I do, will I feel better?
