I have been quite tired and my leg muscles have been aching after I walk

Last week's cholesterol panel was not good for homocysteine. It has
gone up to 14.6. My total cholesterol dropped to 9.34.
My doctor's nurse suggests 5 mg folate to lower the homocysteine.
