How dangerous is it to take glucophage with cardiomypathy with EF 35%. I know it is supposedly contraindicated but wonder how dangerous it is for someone with insulin resistance and no kidney problems? Thanks

Just found this group. Little history about meself. I am 60 yo F/M. Had stent placed in my heart in March. For the past 2 days I have been having palipations on & off. No pain at all. Is this normal or not? I carry nitro but have not taken any. Have not felt that I needed it.

Normally, in tracking blood pressure, one is asked to do (and track) a resting number. I.e., to relax for awhile before taking the reading. Then of course, the blood pressure may change (from the same initial resting reading) for different people quite dramatically. So ...
