I was put on Tambocor after going through another Afib. I notice that I'm having a problem with breathing. I take 50mg four times a day. I'm almost sure it's the Tambocor that's causing the problem or the 2.5 coumadin I take in the mornings. I'm fine in the morning, feel great, ...

I'm female, 42 reasonably fit and my resting (just sitting at the computer) heart rate seems to run about 80-90bpm. Is this normal?? Also, when I exercise my heart rate stays elevated (in the 90's) around 1/2 to a hour afterwards. Is this normal as well or am I

A friend referred me to this site. I hope you can help. I am 55 years old and I am being treated for congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. I have been on lasix (40 mg) and prinivil (20 mg) for a couple of years.

To make a long story short the 24 hour monitor this time according to the doctor showed no irregularities except for a few extra beats that he said were normal. Got on the treadmill, walked for about 1 minute started to feel a little hard to catch my breath but after it sped up

I have had mild hypertension for years, which apparently has caused minor loss of kidney function. One of the prescribed meds I'm taking is lisinopril because "it's protective of the kidneys". What exactly does that mean?
