When melanoma spreads to the lymph nodes under the left arm, what is the
standard procedure -- "CLND" to take out ALL lymph nodes, or "TLND" to
take out affected lymph nodes.  Oncologist and surgeon do not agree,
waiting for a 2nd surgical opinion...
