Relay For Life06 Apr 2008 01:49 GMT1
Next Friday night/Saturday morning (April 11-12) I will be walking in
the local American Cancer Society Relay for Life as a survivor. I will
be thinking about the many friends I've met here and their loved ones
who are suffering or have lost their battle.
Husband and Mom with Cancer06 Apr 2008 01:32 GMT1
I have a very bad back and am limited as to how much I do. So if I can't
vacuum and husband doesn't get it done, Mom works on it. It may take her 2

Lung surgery went ok02 Apr 2008 09:23 GMT5
Had my lung surgery done on Friday morning and that went well. Now I'm
waiting for my follow-up appointment with the surgeon to find out the
results of the pathology tests. The concern  is that I had a tongue
lesion almost 14 years ago, head and neck cancer 3 years ago and now

First radiation treatment complete :)01 Apr 2008 11:50 GMT2
So it's finally started :)
It was pretty neat, all things considered. I asked if I got to keep the
tomography machine as a keepsake when I was done, which they said they'd be
happy to let me do, if I paid a nominal replacement cost of $3 million. Ah
