How do you know the right thing to say? How do you know when to be
with her or let her just rest?  They have given her a 33% survival
rate. What dose that mean? How do I watch her get sicker and sicker
from chemo and not be able to help her.  I am not handling this well,

A close friend has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and it looks
like it has spread to his liver. Next week he's going to have a laser-guided
biopsy.
Does anyone know if the results of those biopsies come through fairly

I got the results from my latest (semi-annual) PET/CT scan, and it's
all clear!  Time to celebrate.  It continues to appear that I've only
ever had one polyp, it grew to stage 3, and the surgery/chemo punch
was a KO.  Or maybe the surgery alone did the trick---we hope to never
risks with Aranesp - used for anemia during chemo01 Feb 2008 12:37 GMT4
I keep hearing about all the potentially bad effects and dangers of using
Aranesp(tumor growth, stroke, heart failure, etc).  The FDA is beefing up
the warning against any other uses (use extreme caution) other than chemo
patients.
