Saw my wonderful ENT today. Everything in my mouth looks great. He seems
to be astonished at how well I'm speaking with half a tongue. He says he
can barely hear my lisp. (*I* hear it) He also says everything has
healed beautifully.

I will have two dysplastic moles removed tomorrow, as scheduled. What
worries me is the following: I have spoken today with my dermatologist
and she told me that all moles around the waist, that are exposed to
constant irritation, should be removed. What should I do?

I don't want to bring up anything that will hurt you.  I would never want to
do that.  I just want to know if Socks went peacefully.  Since Robert has
lung cancer, I don't want him to be gasping for breath or struggling to
breathe.  I just want to know what I might be in for ...
