first anniversary of the excision of two swollen left neck lymph nodes
that I was told 5 days later were malignant.  I wound up with stage IV
H&N cancer with the two tumors located on the back of my tongue and

I have bought my husband alot of herbal powders to help aid him in his
fight for life.  He has no other option for this type of cancer as
yet.  There have been alot of discoveries for different types of
cancer and as yet there has not been a discovery for renal cancer.

Okay, either I'm just stupid or the onc thinks I am. First, he explained
that the dye is really needed to see everything like he should. He kept
flipping through the chart.
When he scanned over the results, I observed that it was the first time he

Please note that this was posted to the prostate cancer newsgroup and it
specifically mentions prostate cancer. Perhaps Steph can tell us if it's
comparable to other types of cancer.

I feel its a bit harsh when some doctors complain when they hear that
terminally ill patients are buying experimental drugs on the internet to
save their lives. I mean many dying patients must be fed up of hearing
things like 'a new drug is being tested and looks very promising ...

Yesterday I was able to talk for the first time with an English man in the
cancer clinic (he was physically unable to talk until yesterday thanks to
radiation therapy for his esophageal cancer).
He showed me the results of his PET scan done at a Bangkok Hospital for

Hello all...
I have been diagnosed with stage IV nslc. I found it because I have an
adrenal tumor, which was causing pain. I was scheduled for a laproscopic
adrenalectomy, and the pre admissions tests for the surgery found cancer in

X-ray yesterday followed by Consultants visit.  X-ray shows further grey
area so following up with CT scan within the fortnight.
