There has been an infestation of disruptive trolls in this group lately.
Moderation would get rid of them, as every post would have to have to be approved by the moderator.
What do you all think?  And who will volunteer to moderate?  What does the group charter say about this?

Hi, I have been reading this group for the past 3 months since I found
out my father was going to die soon. He had colon cancer that spread to
the liver. this group has helped me alot in knowing what to expect

I had a diagnostic a year ago of a biphasic synovial sarcoma in a leg
and an initial metastasis in a rib.
Was operated to the leg at February and to the rib at September.
