I posted this in the thyroid group, but thought this would be a better
place.
I have been diganosed with Hypothyroidism and as of
yesterday, fibromyalgia. I had routine blood work done by by doctor and

Went to the onc on wednesday, with interesting results.
the onc wanted to switch me from morphine and percocet to a new pain
controlling patch using Duragesic (fentanyl). You put on one every 72 hrs
and use the morphine or percocet for breakthru pain.  Trouble is - my

Hi J, Jill, Alayne and all the others,
I just got some relatively good news wrt the thyroglobulin. Its very
low and my antibodies were also quite low. So my doc thinks I can go
ahead and have a thyrogen scan instead of a thryoxine withdrawal scan.

My friend with cervical cancer reports that her latest blood
tests show 52% cancer cells.  I can sort of work out what this
means, but not entirely, IYSWIM.  Anyone got any idea what
this refers to, given that I'm fairly sure she doesn't have
