I'm looking for information and personal experiences (if you'd be so
kind to share) from those of you who have had a Parotid Tumor
requiring surgery. My mother has just been diagnosed with this
condition and is awaiting an appointment for needle biopsy. Besides

Seen my MIL yesterday and she was in deep sleep.
Today they told us she is in a coma.

My mom got ovarian cancer one year ago. She got surgery and 6 cycles
of follow-up chemo. the cancer mark is in the normal arrange. But she
has a big problem with constipation. is there anyone who can give some
suggestion or recommend some diet? any suggestion is appreciated.

At least according to the article below.  Seems to completely change the
approach to dealing with cancer since the cancer stem cells don't have a
life cycle like cancerous non-stem cells.

Well we are still fighting the fight.
My mother-in-law is getting more and more uncomfortable as the days go on.
Her kidneys have shut down and she is retaining fluids, so her
legs,feet,stomach,and arms is swollen.  They have her on a morphine drip and

I went to my Endo's on friday, and my blood pressure was 90 over 60.
They rechecked before I left and it went to 110 over 60. The doctor
ran other tests to see if he could find the cause. Still wait for
those test results.

have been somewhat surprised by my inability to find good quality data.

Has anyone here had chemo flashbacks.  I finished my chemo in Oct 03.
In Jan I had brain mets so more radiation. No chemo. Finished Mid Jan

her husband had been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer (colon she said) and
wanted info about cisplatin and vp 16 . I pointed her here and/or the

Can a regular CT scan see as small as 1mm?
I know the new ultra hi-res CT's are that good or better, but your
average, modern CT scan can reliably see down to what size?

I've had some major discomfort in my left testicle for about 2 years
now, just now realizing it could be something pretty bad.  I've
searched for my symtoms and it looks like I might have testicular
cancer, all the sites I've read say "go see your doctor".... I don't
