Before I was diagnosed with CRC (stage 4) I kept my weight down by jogging about 25 miles per week. At that activity level I could even eat big bowls of ice cream without any change in my weight. If I curtailed my diet at that time, I'd start loosing weight immediately.

My mother found out yesterday that the she had Spider web like tumors( therfore apparently inoperable?) in both lungs( probably started in the right one, the say) also in the bronchial tubes(?) and spread to the liver.
