I'll be having radio for breast cancer in 2 weeks time, I've been given an aqueous cream when should I start using it? Is aqueous cream the best treatment for skin undergoing radiotherapy? I've heard that aloe vera is better.

My brother had a colonoscopy done and they removed several polyps. My question is, does he have the right to receive a copy of the biopsy report or reports on these polyps, whatever the results are? Also, do they keep this biopsy report or reports in his medical records for life?
