Anyone on Arimidex over 5 years?25 Nov 2008 16:46 GMT8
I saw my Onc today and he reminded me that in January I will finish my
five years on Arimidex.  He said they are doing a trial test to find out
if Arimidex has been successful for longer than five years.  Has anyone
in this group taken it over five years and had good results?

My 78 year-old Mother found a thickness on her breast, near her armpit.
The doc described it as a thickening, about two inches long.
She discovered it about five days ago, and saw the doc today.  He has an
ultrasound set up for her on the 19th.

Why Radiation?04 Nov 2008 14:33 GMT43

Hi all--

mastectomy. There are a few complications, mostly related to my body
size and the ratio of the tumor size to the breast size.
