Faslodex & Food (Taste)30 Jul 2006 13:56 GMT8
The effects of Faslodex are bearable (not that bad), .... unlike

is - needed to have one breast removed and decided to have both?  Or - after
having one breast removed - wished that they had had both?  I am scheduled
for surgery (finally) next week and have all these ...

5 year mark27 Jul 2006 11:10 GMT13
Hello all-- I have not posted in several years, but lurk and read all posts.
Today I saw my oncologist - this was final every 6 month appointment- it has
been 5 years after completing treatment for IDC.  Yes!
It was pretty anticlimactic- but that's OK.

I've been a member of the prostate cancer newsgroup for a few years and

Genetic Link to Breast Cancer23 Jul 2006 14:54 GMT2
First off, I apologize to those in here who may find this to be unhelpful;
however, I figured that out of all of the groups that were available, this
was my best place to look.  Except for my mother, sister, and daughter, all
the ages are when the women in my family had breast ...

I'm looking for a positive story!18 Jul 2006 17:20 GMT27
I write a number of real-life health stories and am looking for a woman
aged 25-40 with a really upbeat attitude to their cancer.  My editor
has requested something along the lines of; "I survived cancer and look
great despite my cancer treatment".
