bleeding after biopsy30 May 2006 23:47 GMT15
Well, I had a biopsy today.  I've had to be the Brave Soldier and suck it up

husband, who is totally confused and more scared than I am by this business
and the turtleneck speed at which it has crawled.

I was dx in 12/04 with LCIS - after mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy, and
lumpectomy.  The tumor board recommended bilateral mastectomy for me. I went

I'm going on Thursday for my initial consult with my surgeon.  I'm so
scared.  My "friend" is on its way and as a result is causing my breasts to
swell and I'm experiencing pain from the tumor to my nerves.  It's like a
toothache to my armpit.
Chemo question20 May 2006 00:06 GMT11
I was wondering if after chemotherapy, does your body go back to normal?
For example, do you heal the same that you did before chemo, are you as
healthy (cancer not considered).  I know it takes a while to get your
strength and stamina back but will you be basically the same or ...

EXCERPT: And so, Dr. Esteva said, he is left asking many women with
early-stage breast cancer to decide what can seem like the undecidable:
