  I have been bothered for a while about the site of my surgery, there has
been a hard lump under the skin and my GP was concerned enough to tell me to
mention it to the hospital when I went for my chemo..which I did and the Dr.
rang straight away, while I waited and got me an appt ...

I was diagnoised feb 2004 at stage 2 with one positive lymph node. I went
through chemo. Barely a year passed, they found it in my bone. I have two
questions:

Does anyone have any more info on green tea and it's cancer fighting
effects?  There was a vague story on the newswire this morning describing a
European study, but it didn't indicate which cancers it was helpful
fighting.

as a result.

Thank you for your relpy. I had talked with a Dr. @ the hospital
yesterday . The solid growth or complex cyst ( Dr. is unsure) is
located up against a sympol cyst. I was told that w/in the 7 mos. +
since my last mammogram and ultrasound that the complex cyst had grown

well, I went  for my first chemo treatment yesterday, in Hull... Got there
at 9;15 am... 30 minutes early, no traffic hold-ups.  got blood done and saw
dr.  then we waited and waited and waited.. people came in after me and went
for their treatment..and we waited,   ladies got their ...

I received 2 Herceptin treatments, out of a planned 17, but now my doctor
has decided to stop them because my most recent echocardiogram shows a
significant decrease in "ejection fraction" (an indicator of how well the
heart is pumping, she said) since the last one I had in November ...

subject of this group...  Do you have a loved one with bc?   Wondering why
some-one would take the time to find out so much about a subject that, until
it affects them, most people know very little about.  ...
